It consists of monthly calendars, weekly spreads with plenty of writing space where I write down appts, diet & fitness stats, important events, etc. The planner also has random pages of blank space for whatever you want to write down. I use those spaces for birthdays, reminders, bill schedules, etc. One thing I really love about this planner is the compact size of it. It’s about the size of a paperback but the compact size doesn’t compromise your ability to organize and maximize your life.

It is a joy to write in and to plan with. A couple of months ago I saw that the 2019-2020 will be released today and thanks to Amazons pre-order, it arrived today and it is just as joyful, I just love it. There is art on every page. My complaints are twofold. I can't find the month I want quickly because there are no tabs. However, I put sticky notes on those pages so I could find things quicker. My other issue is the pocket on the front cover is sideways rendering it unusable because whenever I shut the calendar any paper in that pocket falls out. I taped an upright pocket into the front page to correct this problem. If they made those two changes I would give this calendar 5 stars and buy it every year. It is truly lovely.
